**THIS IS NOT A BOOK—TESTS ARE AVAILABLE WITHIN THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CENTER AFTER PURCHASE**
Target Audience: NPD practitioner RNs preparing for the specialty certification exam in Nursing Professional Development offered by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Description: The NPD Certification Practice Exams offered by ANPD are designed to give the participant an idea of the types of questions that may be encountered on the NPD Certification Exam. These are not actual test questions, nor have they been psychometrically tested. They do, however, align with the November 2021 NPD Board Certification Test Content Outline. Each test item provides feedback about the testing domain, the rationale, and a reference for the content of the question to serve as a study aide. The tests are not designed to be the sole source of study but may help identify areas of strength and weakness. Success on these exams does not guarantee success on the NPD Certification Exam.
Desired Outcome: 65% of participants will successfully obtain the ANCC NPD certification; 90% will successfully obtain certification on the initial attempt.
Continuing Education: Association for Nursing Professional Development is accredited with distinction as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
