Description: Nurses work in a rapidly changing environment that may emanate from several sources, such as new regulations, new technology, or research results. NPD practitioners are challenged to implement innovative strategies to enhance learner knowledge retention. We invite you to join us in learning about a research study that explored the use of repetitive text messages and the ability of clinical staff to retain information.
Outcome: 65% of participants will report an intent to implement an innovative method, such as use of text messaging in to their practice environment, to enhance learner knowledge retention
