Description: The virtual-hybrid learning environment can be unpredictable and challenges nursing professional development (NPD) team members to be proactive, flexible, and adaptable at a moment's notice. This session explores a variety of lived 'worst-case' scenarios in the virtual-hybrid learning environment. Join us as we highlight lessons learned, resources, and strategies you can implement to mitigate your personal 'worst-case scenario.'
